My background in nursing has shaped the way I approach real estate. It has taught me how important it is to truly listen, advocate for people, pay attention to the details, explain things in a way that makes sense, and most importantly, be someone you feel comfortable turning to with questions. I bring that same care and approach to every client I work with.
Whether you are buying your very first home, searching for something new for your family, relocating, investing, selling, or simply trying to figure out where to start, I am here to guide you through the process without pressure.
There are no “silly” questions with me. You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. That is what I am here for. I want you to understand what you are signing, know what your options are, and feel confident about every decision you make along the way.
For me, real estate is about so much more than opening doors or completing a transaction. It is about getting to know you, understanding what matters to you, advocating for you, and making sure you feel heard, supported, and genuinely taken care of from our very first conversation all the way to closing day.

Twenty minutes on your timeline, your budget and the neighborhoods you are weighing. You leave knowing what is realistic right now.
Buying: a shortlist, a lender introduction if you need one, and showings booked around your schedule. Selling: a pricing analysis, a prep list and a marketing plan.
Offer, option period, inspections, appraisal and title. I stay on the file and tell you what is happening before you have to ask.
Bilingual Service
Showings, contracts, inspections and closing explained in English or in Spanish, whichever one you would rather ask your questions in. In a border city that should never be the hard part of buying a home.
